Melody M. Fox
Partner, Attorney at Law
Biography
Melody M. Fox is a seasoned personal injury attorney, devoting her entire career to helping those who have been injured because of someone else’s negligence. She has recovered millions of dollars for her clients over the years.
Her passion for serving others started early in life, which led her to obtain a Political Science degree with a focus on International Relations, from the University of Washington in Seattle. After graduating, she went on to pursue her Juris Doctor at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where she competed on the Negotiations Team. She also received the 2012 Chief Justice Leah Ward Sears Pro Bono Award for devoting the most pro bono hours in her class to serving the underserved, primarily helping victims of domestic violence obtain Temporary Protective Orders in Fulton County, Georgia.
Melody learned to try cases to juries while working at one of the largest criminal defense firms in the metro-Atlanta area as a lead trial lawyer, fighting for the rights of people who could not afford an attorney. She is no stranger to fighting for what is right, no matter the odds.
Melody worked at one of the largest personal injury firms in Georgia for some time but believed she could make a bigger difference with a smaller firm and offer more of a “boutique” experience to her clients, with attention to each clients’ unique needs. Ms. Fox’s focus has always been on representing the clients’ best interests and advocating on their behalf. She is licensed to practice law in Georgia.
Melody lives in Decatur with her husband and law partner, Chris, and their two young children. When she’s not serving her clients at Fox Injury Law, Melody can be found traveling, hiking, or spending time with family and friends.
