Chris J. Fox
Partner, Attorney at Law
Biography
Chris J. Fox was born in Johnson City, Tennessee. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree from East Tennessee State University (“ETSU”). During his time at ETSU, Chris earned Dean’s List Honors during multiple semesters of his college career. He then attended Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where he served as a member of the Sports and Entertainment Society and was also elected the Student Body Association Representative during his second year. In 2014, Chris earned his Juris Doctorate, passed the Georgia Bar Exam, and was sworn in as an attorney in the State of Georgia.
Chris began his legal career as a criminal defense attorney, and almost immediately, starting winning Motion Hearings and acquiring “Not Guilty” verdicts at Trial. However, after several years of practicing criminal defense law, and working every single day in the courtroom, Chris decided to branch out into the field of personal injury law. Like his start in the criminal law arena, Chris immediately garnered great results in the courtroom with his personal injury cases. He acquired Plaintiff Verdicts/Awards, time and time again. As a result, Chris gained a reputation as diligent, committed, intelligent, and highly skilled personal injury attorney across the state of Georgia. However, after several years of working for multiple firms, Chris and his wife, Melody, decided it was time for them to create their own firm. Thus, at the beginning of 2023, Fox Injury Law was born!
Chris brings his experience in the courtroom, his skills in negotiation, and his overall knowledge in the personal injury industry to Fox Injury Law, where he strives every single day to achieve the absolute best results for his clients. In every moment of his workday, Chris works to put his clients first, while attempting to master his craft and grow Fox Injury Law into a premiere Atlanta law firm.
In his free time, Chris is an avid golfer. He also is a die-hard Atlanta Braves fan, and a lifelong boxing fan. He enjoys taking trips to the beach and the mountains with his family, which includes his loyal dog, Lucky. And when Chris is not taking trips with his family, or playing golf, or watching the Atlanta Braves, you will most likely find him hanging out with his best buddy, who also happens to be his 4 ½ year old son.
